1. GENERAL PROVISIONS

This Cookie Policy (hereinafter — the “Cookie Policy”) has been developed pursuant to Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27 July 2006 “On Personal Data” and sets out the procedure for collecting, processing and storing cookies and other data obtained by the Operator from the devices of visitors and users of the website https://atmosarena.space/ (hereinafter — the “Site”).

1.2. This Cookie Policy is an integral part of the Personal Data Processing Policy published on the Site at: https://atmosarena.space/privacy.

1.3. By using the Site, the User expresses agreement with the terms of this Cookie Policy. If the User does not agree with the terms of the Cookie Policy, the User must stop using the Site or disable cookies in their browser settings (except for strictly necessary cookies, disabling which makes the Site unusable).

2. DEFINITION AND TYPES OF COOKIES

4.2. Upon withdrawal of consent to the use of cookies, the Operator ceases processing them within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, unless otherwise provided by law.

5.1. While the Site is used, the Operator may obtain the following information via cookies and automatically transmitted data:

7.1. The Operator does not transfer data obtained via cookies to third parties, except in the following cases:

• the User has given express consent to such transfer;
• the transfer is provided for by the law of the Russian Federation;
• the transfer is made to technical contractors (hosting, cloud services, analytics systems) solely in order to operate the Site and provide services to the User.

8. DATA PROTECTION MEASURES

8.2. Data is processed using databases located in the territory of the Russian Federation, in accordance with the requirements of the legislation on the localisation of personal data.

9. DATA RETENTION PERIOD

9.1. Data obtained via cookies is stored on the User's device for the period established for each particular cookie, or until deleted by the User.

9.2. Data obtained by the Operator via cookies and linked to the User's personal data is stored in accordance with the periods established in the Personal Data Processing Policy, but for no longer than 3 years from the last interaction, unless another period is established by federal law. Upon withdrawal of consent to cookie processing, the data is destroyed within 30 days.

10. USERS' RIGHTS

10.1. The User has the right:

• to obtain information about the processing of their data obtained via cookies;
• to withdraw consent to the use of cookies at any time;
• to delete previously stored cookies through browser settings;
• to appeal against the Operator's acts (omissions) to the authorised body for the protection of the rights of personal data subjects or to a court.

10.2. These rights are exercised in the manner established by the Personal Data Processing Policy and the applicable law of the Russian Federation.

11. AMENDMENTS TO THE COOKIE POLICY

11.1. The Operator may amend this Cookie Policy without the User's consent. A new edition of the Cookie Policy takes effect from the moment it is published on the Site. Where the Cookie Policy changes materially, the Operator requests the User's consent again on their next visit to the Site.
