Consent of a legal representative to the processing of a minor's personal data

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian text of this consent is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

I, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Millio Limited Liability Company (Millio LLC), PSRN: 1245200024992, TIN: 5257219192, located at: 603011, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Nizhny Novgorod, Iskry St., 1A, premises P2, to process the personal data of the minor whose legal representative I am (the “Represented Minor”), for the purposes of registration on and use of the website https://atmosarena.space/, including participation in drone racing tournaments and watching broadcasts.

By confirming this consent I also accept, on behalf of the Represented Minor, the Terms of Use (clause 3.8 of the Terms of Use) and confirm that I have read the Personal Data Processing Policy.

List of the Represented Minor's personal data

• nickname (callsign);
• surname, first name and patronymic;
• gender; date of birth;
• email address; contact telephone number;
• country, region and city; club, team and sports organisation;
• profile photo;
• information on participation in tournaments and their results;
• information about the equipment used and the results of its technical inspection;
• IP address; information about the use of the Site.

In addition, when submitting an entry for a particular event and only where the law, the rules of the sport or the event regulations require it: the Represented Minor's identity document details; insurance details (clauses 3.10–3.12 of the Personal Data Processing Policy).

Information about the legal representative

The Operator processes my surname, first name and patronymic, email address and the nature of the representation (parent, adoptive parent, guardian or custodian) as given when confirming the representation on the Site. The Operator may request confirmation of my authority.

Methods of processing

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, clarification, retrieval, use, transfer, depersonalisation, blocking, deletion and destruction.

Access to the Represented Minor's data

For the duration of the representation I have access to all personal data of the Represented Minor processed by the Operator, including information on entries, participation in events and results (clause 3.14 of the Personal Data Processing Policy).

Validity and withdrawal

Validity of this consent. Data is processed until the subject withdraws consent, or until the purposes of processing are achieved, or until the established retention periods expire, but for no longer than 3 years from the User's last interaction with the Site, unless otherwise provided by law.

Withdrawal of consent. This consent may be withdrawn by sending a written application to the email address millio.n.novgorod@yandex.ru or by post to the Operator's registered address. Upon withdrawal, the Operator ceases processing the personal data and destroys it within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.

Withdrawal of this consent terminates the processing of the Represented Minor's personal data and restricts their access to the Platform in the manner established by the Terms of Use.
