Consent of a legal representative to the use of a minor's images for advertising purposes

This is a translation provided for convenience. The Russian text of this consent is the legally binding one; in case of any discrepancy, the Russian version prevails.

I, freely, of my own will and in my own interest, give my consent to Millio Limited Liability Company (Millio LLC), PSRN: 1245200024992, TIN: 5257219192, located at: 603011, Nizhny Novgorod Region, Nizhny Novgorod, Iskry St., 1A, premises P2, to make public and further use the photographic and video images of the minor whose legal representative I am (the “Represented Minor”), obtained while the Represented Minor takes part in tournaments and events on the https://atmosarena.space/ platform, in the Operator's advertising, informational and marketing materials — including on social networks, on the site, in outdoor advertising and in print.

This consent is also given under article 152.1 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation (protection of a citizen's image). For a minor under fourteen years of age, consent to make public and use their image is given on their behalf by their legal representative (article 28 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation).

Voluntary nature

This consent is given voluntarily, and withholding it does not prevent the Represented Minor from registering on the site or taking part in tournaments. The consent may be withdrawn at any time in the legal representative's profile.

Representative's authority

The Operator may request confirmation of my authority as a legal representative. This consent remains in force while the representation of the Represented Minor is confirmed on the Site; termination of the representation also terminates this consent.

Term and withdrawal

Term of the consent. Data is processed until the consent is withdrawn by the legal representative or by the Represented Minor once they reach the age at which they may give such consent themselves, or until the purposes of processing are achieved, or until the established retention periods expire, but no longer than 3 years from the last interaction of the User with the Site, unless otherwise provided by law.

Withdrawal of consent. The consent may be withdrawn by sending a written application to the email address millio.n.novgorod@yandex.ru or by post to the Operator’s registered address. Upon withdrawal of the consent, the Operator ceases processing the personal data and destroys it within 30 days, unless otherwise provided by law.

Withdrawal of the consent does not extend to advertising and informational materials the production or placement of which was completed before the withdrawal was received.
